The music predates the "Planet Rock" electro funk sound typically associated with 80s breakdancing (more like the Sugarhill Gang). There's only a small section with breakdancing, with the focus on aerosol art.
Zephyr, the really cute White guy, is not a marketing exercise. He was a real street artist of the period.
